Horrible service

I do not enjoy complaining but I am at my wits end with Mellins Mall of Africa. I went for an eye test and chose frames 2 weeks ago. I was informed by the optometrist himself that the glasses will be ready within 5-6 business days. It is now 2 weeks later and no glasses. Keep in mind all is paid for but still no product. Whenever I call Mellins the staff all have different time frames of when the glasses will be ready. No one can provide a reason as to why it is taking so long. Unacceptable service especially after they have taken my hard earned money! First and last time I support Mellins. I'd rather go back to Spec Savers who are cheaper and know their time frames correctly.
