Highly dissapointed

Am highly disappointed in Mellin i.Style went for my eye test and glasses last year around Feb/March 2024 the total bill was about R3714. My medical aid paid about R2000 and they had requested that am to pay the outstanding balance however due to the financial difficulty experienced I then requested that they cancel the glasses and only deduct the eye test which was about R694 if not mistaken. The lady at Mellin i.Syle Vaal Mall confirmed that they revised the R2000 back to my medical aid and deducted the eye test money so therefore I have no balance outstanding. After almost a year I get a call to say am owing R682 where does this balance come from?????? When their consultant by the name of Naledi confirmed telephonically and on email that the is no outstanding balance. Yesterday(13-02-2025) I get a call to say that am owing, Hello Peter please help.
