GLASSES STILL NOT REPAIRED PROPERLY

I attended my appointment with the optometrist on the 24th of May 2019, when your offices ordered my prescription glasses.

On the 29th of May your offices contacted me to collect my lenses from your offices.

I collected same on the said date at lunch time, however the lenses were adjusted, and cleaned twice before being handed to me, as the lenses appeared “dirty”.

Due to the fact that I do not need to wear my glasses on a daily basis, I realized that something is wrong with the lenses when direct sunlight shines on the lenses.

I called your offices on the 28th of May regarding the problem encountered.

The glasses were returned on the 29th of May 2019, an repaired and was ready for collection 2 days later.

I collected my “repaired” lenses from Mellin's offices on Friday (31 May 2019), and again the lenses seem “fine” inside the office space, considering all the bright lights.

The same problem is again recurring when the lenses are placed in direct sunlight, and the inside of the lenses, still reflect that shimmer look, that looks like the glasses have been scratched.

I can not keep on coming back to Mellins's offices to have my lenses properly repaired, and or replaced as they should have done, when same was brought back.
