I took eye spectacles by the paid then somewhere between the 21/12/2019 and 10/01/2020 the call saying they believe I hv an outstanding balance with which I disputed equally went to the branch indeed the branch consultant at the time Noline confirm I have no debt with them and equally recommended I should take some since there were these shades I liked. 10/03/2020 I’m told I have an outstanding balance of 4K something by their legal experts this excludes the current running debt. I again call the branch suddenly they say I have an outstanding and claim they sent me email upon testing if I indeed received email there is no such. This ppl are out to ***** ppl or they trying to make money we don’t please be careful. I the refused to pay any money I don’t know and this is the sms they sent: MNR ZWELE OPLET .
