Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized Service

I booked an appointment six days in advance for an eye test at Mellins Clearwater and arrived promptly at 09:00 for my scheduled time. To my shock, they had no record of my appointment and claimed they never received the information I had already emailed them.

This level of disorganization and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially when people take time out of their day to attend appointments they booked in good faith. No apology, no solution, and no accountability were offered.

If you value your time and expect a business to handle bookings professionally, I would not recommend Mellins Clearwater based on this experience.
