Extremely bad service from Benmore Gardens Mellins

I went to Benmore Gardens in Sandton for eye test and I advised the optometrist to claim from the medical aid. The optometrist sent the quotation with the wrong code in February but the medical aid rejected the quotation and advised the optometrist to send the correct code back but they did not send the correct quotation with the correct code instead they took my name to the attorneys as if I did not pay. I kept on calling Mellins contact center but every person will tell me a different story... The other agent informed me that they Will send the correct quotation but when I ask my medical aid they did not send anything. I went to benmore garden directly to inquire but the lady gave me a bad attitude and told me that my medical aid takes time to answer the call but she will try the following day of which she didn't even call them to send the correct quotation. I had to call mellins directly and everytime when I call they tell me a different story. I had to resend the quotation to the medical aid directly. As we speak the mellins escalated the matter to their attorneys while the problem is from their side.....
