Deduckting money from my account without permition or servises rendered.

Even 1 star is flattering? Theese people may claim to have the best technology, but don't let that fool you into going there. The customer service sucks and in my opinion borders on ***** end theft. I went to them for an eye test and subsiquintly got glasses. I had a debit order to pay the excess on the said glasses. After a month or 2 of debit orders I had the finances to pay the account in full. To my suprise the debit orders stil went through. Before the first order went throughbi received a sms in this regard, i went to the shop just to confirm my balance and it was at R0. The sales person or useless body undertook to sort it out and call me. No call, no sorting out but still they took money from my bank. Went back to them and the useless person just ducked to the back when I confronted her. Didn't even say sorry for not calling me back. Another useless body ''helped'' me offcorse blaming Barrets for not doing whatever they were doing. They undertook to pay back the amount but its now been 4 months and nothing. If I read the reviews it dosen't matter what shop of Mellins it is, they all usesless to the extent of being ********. But to be more spesific, it is Melins Brandwag in Bloemfontein.
