Declining service delivery

I have been a loyal client of Mellin’s since 2006. Unfortunately, the quality of the service has dropped considerably. Phoning endless times to follow up on an order seems to be the modus operandi. A seemingly simple task of ordering contact lenses has become an 8-month struggle, yet to be resolved. If it was not for a store credit, I would gladly have taken my business elsewhere
