Amazing customer service received from Thandeka Sekoalane

I would like to give a 10 star review for one of mellins consultants, her name is Thandeka Sekoalane. Her telephone etiquette is 100 percent. I had booked an appointment for later this month but I never received a confirmation via email as promised so I went on to make another enquiry which was handled by her (Thandeka). She was amazing and answered all my questions and even called back to remind me of what I need to bring on the day of my appointment. Thank you Thandeka Sekoalane, you are a Rockstar.
