Absolutely superb service!

In a moment of madness I purchased a very expensive pair of spectacle in April 2017 from Mellins Fourways Crossing. A couple of months ago I notices a rainbow hue at the bottom edges of the lenses. Eventually while passing I went in and asked if this was normal. Nope the hardening was lifting. Literally had a heart attack but ladies at reception were very calm and said they would discuss it with someone and come back to me. Lo and behold (a miracle of Joburg) got a call - lab would re-do the hardening for free! Slaan my doed me n stok! Another miracle! Took a couple of weeks but got them back in perfect order in case with a little Zeiss bag and wipes. Still trying to wrap my mind around their outstanding service, more so that the warranty had expired. There are few companies out there that deserve accolades for fantastic service and Mellins is definitely in a league of their own. Take a bow guys!
