Absolutely disgusting treatment from Mellins I Style

I have always supported a small privately owned optometrist based in Fourways Mall, Gauteng. Mellins I assume acquired it and have taken over the business. Sadly I assumed that the great service would continue, I was mistaken. I spent R10 000 on 2 pairs of glasses and gave permission for them to be deducted from my medical aid savings...... 9 months later they have handed me over to some debt collecting company, I feel absolutely violated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been trying to sort this out with their accounts department, to no surprise they just a s useless. My advice is for everyone to boycott this absolutely ******* company! I will never support these word class idiots again, Spec Savers here I come!!!!!!
