0 Stars for Mellins iStyle – Clearwater Mall

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Mellins Clearwater Mall. I’ve been waiting nearly three weeks for my glasses, which is completely unacceptable. I was told they’d be ready within a week and that my first payment would only be deducted at the end of the month. Later, I was informed that a down payment was required before anything could even be processed — something that was never mentioned during my visit.

While the staff did explain the products, the overall communication has been poor and inconsistent. I’ve had to chase updates and felt left in the dark throughout the process. For something as essential as vision, this level of service is just not good enough.

Would not recommend based on my experience.
