very disapointed client

Two years ago i purchased a biltong machine and it has already been in for repairs 3 times already as the fan keeps on breaking.i make my own biltong and cant understand why the product is not that good.i again purchased another one and now this one is broken.my problem is that i buy these things as i have my own little business and when it breaks im in a struggle.not only that i have to book it in at the place which means i am still spending unnecessary monies.i am really not happy and want this to be dealt with or replaced.
