Never buy Mellware

<p>I bought a Mellware Multi Grill with a 2 year guarantee. Grill went faulty, I returned it to Makro Milnerton and was told it must go back to the manufacturer for a repair. On the 8th December 2016 it went faulty again and was returned to Makro Milnerton and again it was sent back to the supplier for a repair. Makro never returns my calls when I enquire about my purchase. I recieved my grill on Sunday only to return it on Monday (3rd time) - still not working. I’m still without my griller and feel this is totally unacceptable. I need this griller to be replaced asap and I don’t think I’m being unreasonable.</p>
