Mellerware | Poor Products & Service

Purchased a kettle a little over a year ago, and it is now faulty. Switches on by itself, and doesn't stop boiling at times. The staff at the call centre just do not care and are very rude. They use their extended warranty as a defence (who registers a kettle anyway), and wont help if you didn't register on this.

Absolutely shocking product & service. I would not recommend Mellerware or buy a Mellerware ever again, and by the looks of the complaints I dont think many others would either
