Mellerware kettle substandard product

Bought a Mellerware glass kettle, did not even last a year. Absolute ******* product. Mellerware (Creative Housewares) office in Parow refuses to honor the 2 year warranty. The PnP store where I bought it informed me that they do not stock the product anymore as they have too many come backs. Shame on you Mellerware for profiting from customers' money and not taking responsibility for your substandard product , which they are fully aware of.
