MELLERWARE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>about a year ago i purchased a mellerware kettle. its that red one with see through glass to watch the water as it boils. i purchased it at makro. within three months it broke. the switch seized. i took it back to makro. they said if it occurs within three months they just replace it or just do a refund. i said ok might just be a small fault i mean these things happen. might be manufacturer defect. i took the same item again. brand new. within six months this one broke. again it seems like the switch. took it to makro. they said it has to be assessed. i got really angry. because in nine months two brand new kettles broke. it makes no sense. life cycles of switches are incredibly long. i complained to mellerware almost three weeks ago. and they still have not responded. i still dont have a kettle. i shall never buy mellerware products again. best advise to anyone. DONT BUY MELLERWARE!!!!!!! THEY DONT CARE!!!!!!</p>
