FILTHY GOODS

Purchased a Sandwhich toaster from Hirsh's Springfield. Opened it up when I got home only to find the item to be used and still having melted hardened cheese and other things on it! The item had been used and uncleaned. It's disgusting! When I had called the store I was told it came from the supplier this way. How is this possible?? That items don't even get checked before a box is sealed and put onto a shelf for sale or distribution purposes!?! It's absolutely disgusting having to find this!
