Failing Aqua Optima Water Cooler & Dispenser

Weeks after purchasing the Aqua Optima Water Dispenser, the cooling function froze the water in the machine. I've sent it to be repaired on multiple occasions, and they've once even kept it for 2 months. Whenever it returns, it works well for a couple weeks then stops working again. It has since started making a buzzing sound.

I would never recommend that anyone purchase their water coolers. The machine and service are awful.
