Broken Panini Press

Hi I have chatted to Katrina as my panini press has been sent in for repairs for the second time this year, I am now told that mine is the only panini press that has ever been returned for repairs and that it is my fault as the machine was left on for far too long. The *****s keep breaking off and that too must be my fault.

I was told when I purchased the machine at boardmans the Glen branch that I have a 2 year guarantee, now this same lady says that is impossible as I would have had to register the product online to have an extended warrantee. Really who reads the box of a product they buy.

I am truly disappointed by the service and bad attitude from this person and will never buy a mellerware product again. I got this machine because I needed a sandwich press now its more time in for repairs that at my house.

Very disappointed.
