Bad Quality items

I am so dissapointed in your products. It's the worst products ever and I've always been a faithful customer. In 2 years I have had 3 glass kettles, 4 modena 3 in 1 coffee machines of which I've just returned my new coffee machine I got in November and now I see my biltong king I bought 3 months ago is cracking from the heat. What **** are u making. I can't find my ****** receipt so im *****ed but this is getting ridiculous. U are worst that sunbeam. I'm so dissapointed and will never ever support this product again
