Bad attitude from Mellerware

I purchased a Mellerware kettle from Hi Fi Corp in May 2017 , on the box is stated a 2 year warranty. The first unit packed up in less than a year , this the 2nd unit packed up a few days past one year. Hi Fi Corp Mall @ Carnival contacted Mellerware to collect the kettle on Monday 21st May to be evaluated but were told by Catherine at Mellerware that they (Mellerware ))were unable to collect it. That's a really poor attitude!
