Worst ISP ever

<p>Most unstable, problematic service I have ever encountered. Connection speeds on 10mb/sec connection regularly went as low as 1.2mb/s and never more than 6mb/s in the last year. When you enquire about it, they always have an excuse. The last one was to upgrade my equipment which cost me R3000 and NO CHANGE. I constantly had to fail over to my Afrihost connection until I could find an alternative provider, and thank Goodness I have. Oh and try cancelling your service, then you have to give 3 months notice and can't change you package to a lower one etc. They don't care about their clients at all. Ridiculous call out charges of over R1000 for 60km travel, this while the technician said he had other call outs in the area. Recently their network got hacked, putting my personal networks at risk. Stay away.</p>
