Worse than Telkom

How is it when my line is down, you can't get hold of them. When your line is up they give you great service with a smile. I need you when I call you when my line is down. And to make matters worse is that it happens every third day basically. And with no warning as I requested to be notified. And still after three months still nothing. MEGASURF SORT YOUR **** OUT. look after your clients. Everybody has issues and problems and faults. I agree, but it's how you sort it out that matters the most to your clients.
