Wi Fi Offline Support requests not answered
WiFi offline since 3pm this afternoon 10 Sept its 22:47 since i logged the first support request this afternoon and still nothing Why am i offline ?

As per the SMS you received, we experienced down time on the wireless side of our network due to third party damage on some of our Fibre links. Our team managed to resolve the issue at 1AM 11/09/2019. We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
