WI FI Down again

I sorted the issue with my router had wi fi the whole day now its down again either you ensure i have a constant signal or remove the equipment from my premises im not going to keep switching between my megasurf and Telkom line i'm giving this 36 hours to be resolved if not i'm cancelling this contract otherwhise i will remove it myself and bring it to your office
