Unprofessional services from Megasurf

Megasurf is the most unreliable, unprofessional and ********* company I have worked with. Not only is the connection always down, but when giving them more than a month in advance to move our fiber only 20m away, we were only issued a ticket two and a half weeks later. After empty promises, rude and arrogant sales consultants we are still waiting for the fiber to be running and still have no answers. I would highly recommend people to not go with Megasurf.
