I've been with Megasurf since 2016, and for the first time had real connectivity issues. Logged a complaint on the app and support came back to me ASAP. Tony guided me through every step, extremely patient (as it took a while to get to the bottom of the problem), professional, and superbly helpful. Megasurf needs more recognition for its amazing customer service. Well done!
