Terrible Service

Terrible service. This now the second time I have to sit the whole weekend without internet. We moved a few blocks further, we had to waita whole week for them to come out to set up the fibre. This is the second time now, we reported on Friday 7AM that our internet is offline, it is now Saturday and they don't send out technicians out apparently so now we have to wait until Monday. Terrible customer service.
