Non existent and not responding during business hours

I have been trying to access Megasurf's call center via their designated telephone numbers within the business hours indicated, i.e. 07:00 - 17:00. I attempted to establish contact 5 x times since 07:20. You follow the prompts and the phone just hangs up. When you phone the office the phone just keeps ringing and goes to voicemail - no option to leave a message. They are quick to take your monthly payments but not quick to render customer support. What is worse when you have a problem but you cannot log a service support call?
