Pity I couldn't give the zero stars. If you're thinking of getting fibre with them, don't. They are super unprofessional, their customer service is trash, their technicians lie. Even when it's their fault you will always get blamed, they even went as far as denying the router they brought when installing our fibre. They brought a person with a router and when the router started having issues they tried to say it was not theirs. I have never experience such unprofessional behaviour and I got them cause I figure they were local so the issue would be resolved easily. They should change their name to MegaTrash
