Megasurf - worst internet wifi service provider

I am so fedup with the service of Megasurf. You pay a lot of money for their wifi internet product and they got the worst service. I am paying for a 10mb wifi connection and I hardly get 5mb. They always got an excuse, but nothing change. I won't recommend them to anyone. Phone their support line with success. Mailbox is full...they are so ****.
