Megasurf Vanderbijlpark, ****** me then handed me over

I app**** for fibre from Megasurf in Vanderbijlpark in January 2019. They said they did not have services available in my area. Then I requested a temporary wireless line which I never received. Then Megasurf received an all go to install fibre lines in my complex in January 2019. Megasurf then installed a fibre line without my knowledge while I was in Durban. The line was not in use until I came back to Gauteng to move. Then charged me for an installation which I knew nothing about and then handed me over for not paying for the installation as I was no longer living at the address where they installed the fibre line.
