Megasurf service absolutely terrible

Wow, I am really amazed by the bad service we have been receiving from Megasurf. Wi-Fi constantly down, especially over weekends, no one to assist during this after hour times. They attempt to assist over the phone, sending the client to do all sorts of testing which in our case wasn't helpful at all. Then a call out fee is charged for a tech guy to see why Megasurf isn't delivering the promised service we are expected to pay for every month. Doesn't make any sense to me at all. Super disappointed.
