Megasurf is a mega disaster
We had a great experience with Megasurf for the last two years but unfortunately since 2021 it has been a disaster. Our internet is constantly off and if we complain about it they only reply with "They can't see a problem" On weekends you can't even rich them when the internet is off. We make use of our internet for TV so this is really frustrating
