Megasurf has no respect for private property.
I am not a customer from Megasurf, but this company has absolutely no respect for your property. They are currently digging trenches in Vaalpark and they destroyed my garden. Pulled out plants and left it to die. Damaged my intercom system as well as my current fibre cable. I now have thousands of Rands of damage to repair everything they damaged. It is a disgrace that a company can do this to individuals. No prior warning to at least prevent some damage. No respect.....

13 Mar 2024, 11:01The situation with Megasurf is becoming ridiculous. They closed the trenches on my pavement on Monday. I had a guy there yesterday the whole day to fix what they broken and messed up. This morning they ate digging again this time apparently to put in a manhole. No communication from Megasurf with any of the owners who's properties they are messing up. Cannot belief that a company treat a new are with potential new customers like this. Wonder
