I have fortunately not signed a contract with this "service provider", but unfortunately they did create havoc on my driveway. When they laid the fibre lines about two and a half years ago in my area, they dug through my tarred driveway instead of using the special equipment (which they had) to go through undernearth. After a few unanswered e-mails (which is completely expected from this joke of a company), I've decided to revert to social media. While the rest of my driveway is still fine, the part they cut out and dug up is forming one giant pothole now. Damage they've caused and that I now have to fix from my own pocket.
