Mega *********** Fibre provider Vandarbijlpark

Paid for Fibre installation. Fibre not in that part of Vanderbijlpark yet. Had to install fibre. Been waiting for longer than two months now.

No tranparent communication from MegaSurf staff.

Cannot give etimated time on when job will be completed. Seems as if they do not communicate to their employees laying the fibre cables. Seems as if nobody knows what is really happening in organization

Friend of mine have visited their store on more than one occasion, I contacted them on more than one occasion, the answer always the same, they will get back to you and they never do.

Asked for a refund of the money they received two months ago. Email received after contacting them on the phone and being told to request refund via email.

Shocking customer service.
