Bad bad bad service

I will not recomend Megasurf to anyperson. After contacted them via email i was i formed the dish is not alligned..and i must pay a call out for them to come and fix it. Seriouslly their mistake by not tighten the nuts so the wind cant turn the dish? I must pay them to come and fix their mistakes. What a joke. O yes Megasurf i am Dirk Alberts ***. *** From Meyerton.
