Appauling Service

<p>This is the most unreliable company we have ever dealt with. We have been experiencing problems with our Megasurf account been hacked after a technitian came out over two months ago to sort out another problem. We have made a number of appointments of which they keep cancelling. and then have the gaul to be rude when you phone to find out where they are after not pitching to be told that they dont want to deal with people like us. They have again cancelled. Having chatted to a few people in the area (Vaal River) they are all experiencing the same thing. I will be taking this to the consumer protection board.</p>
