Worst experience ever

I’ve given you guys numerous opportunities to resolve my numerous complaints sent via your what’s app channel. Still it remains unresolved. Not sure if this will make a difference now. I’m worse off now than I was before going under debt review. I sold with the assumption that I would be better off going under debt review, my credit score has been severely impacted in a negative way, I’m in arrears with way more creditors than I previously was so I’m not so sure how debt review was better for me

I find this hard to believe as I have previously also logged a complaint on hello Peter and to date received no feedback
After sending multiple what’s app about my frustration and disappointment also no feedback received

I received a call months later after accepting the debt review sold to me only then explaining the entire process to me, which was rather late

After escalating on numerous occasions that I was still receiving calls and sms from creditors, left all confused still no feedback received

So please understand why I find this hard to believe or my scepticism that this matter would be addressed in an urgent manner
