Very spitefull and unprofessional

I was flagged under debt review by a company call Meerkat because I withdraw my services with them And now m struggling to do anything till the blocked is being removed, very rude receptionist that drop phone in your ear, how I pray that they can remove my name from that..I don't have 6800 to pay lawyers to be removed my entire year is being so spoiled by this company Meerkat debt relieve
