Under unwanted debt review name not cleared

One on their agents called me and told me that they can consolidate all my accounts by using one payment method it made sense to me and thought of having only one debt order going through I never was under debt review but little did I know that they were taking me into when I discovered it was too late that was done telephonically.Later that was 2020 November I finished paying up all my accounts and they told me they will clear my name.Last year when I tried to buy in American Swiss they told me I was under debt review I called them they told me it will take about 3 months for trans union to clear me this year went back to American Swiss the same story emailed meerkat they told me to go to all the shops I had paid off and get payment letters went to American Swiss was sent back that the ones who were paying my accounts should be the one to clear me and give me a clearance letter.Now put me into bad record with payments and now they don’t want to clear my name
