Try another Company!

I have been getting calls about a debt they are handling and have asked them for assistance since 6 months ago - I've been doing everything on my side to sort it out and they have not helped at all. I thought using them would give me peace of mind. I do not recommend them at all. I do not feel heard and supported as a customer. Calls unanswered, WhatsApp very slow to respond and no clear assistance
