Terrible service

The most horrible company to ever exist!!!!their billing is not accurate, they make you pay a standard monthly fee at the beginning of each month and doesn't matter how much you have on their account, it will automatically deplete just so that you can pay the standard fee!!!!if their app is not malfunctioning, it's them not being able to trace manual payments and still switch you off even though payment was made. They switch you off in the early hours of the morning and you have to wait for them to start work at 8am. As if that's not bad enough and you get generic replies when questions are asked. Terrible customer service as well!They asked for a meeting a year ago with me to discuss my first review and the lady came with a guy to intimidate me. I would never recommend
