Service let down

I am having the worst experience. I have been under dept review since 2018. When I wanted to apply for a job and to upgrade my cell phone I was told my ITC record is not clear. Before accepting MY Meerkat to be my debt reviewer, they said it will not affect my ITC record in a bad way. I called the Credit bearu, just to find out there is default. Meaning Meerkat did not pay my accounts. I have been asking for 3 consecutive days for the person taking my case for 3 weeks now, without any re**** or phone call. Not acceptable at all
