Not satisfactory.

The process was tiring.We buried my father without the funds which has left us in debts.I had to submit letter of authority which I recieved on the 19th.They then called to ask how am I related to the deceased etc.I felt like the questions wer not necessary.Who was payong the policy?ai!! After submit a claim docs,they sent a msg again that the claim cannot be finalised I need to send BI forms,certified bank statemnt & my selfie(pic) I did not understand their process.But at the end of the day the claim was succesfully paid.
