Not happy refund

Took out policy funeral cover after a year freedom life took over policy was fine could pay at Shoprite now Meerkat took over and started increasing payments with big amounts.Got sms to say debit order payments now they say policy behide with 4 months policy now canceled but still get debit not happy I want all my money back can not pay and policy gets canceled.
