No reply or service from Meerkat Consulting

two months ago, Wilma from Meerkat Consulting (consulting for Van der Elst Attorneys) contacted us and offered their services to help with closing the COJ and opening a new COJ for us after we bought a house. We immediately put a payment through to them but have had no service so far. The emails we have been sending have not been rep**** to, we get no answer from Wilma and we are concerned about the bill we will get in the end from the municipality whose service is, as we all know, not great.
