Ms zaida Ally assisted me with a refund pertaining to my meerkat account. The account was adjusted in November and December and Jan and in February the wrong amount was debited from my account. I contacted Ms ally via email as she knew the status of my account...she helped me nonstop until the matter was finalized. Without her assistance this refund would not have been possible.
